Duplas offer a comprehensive rebuilding service designed to allow companies to upgrade their machinery thereby taking advantage of the latest advances in technology.
As an alternative Duplas can supply rebuilt machinery at a fraction of the cost of new equipment.

Printing Press Upgrades
The 'Sypos' system, developed by Duplas, allows for the conversion of existing printing machines to shaftless/gearless operation, the advantages of which are well documented.
The system can be installed on most types of press to include stack and CI Flexographic, Rotogravure and Offset Lithographic.
On site installation is by a Duplas engineering team , usually over a period of five days.

BASF Polyurethanes
Under the brand name Permaskin, this is a complete system for finishing three-dimensional construction elements, available from BASF, as an alternative to conventional labour-intensive and costly wet coatings.
Parts such as, for example, doors or window shutters made of materials such as wood, metal, plastic and composites are coated with a film made from BASF's Permaskin compound using an innovative process technology.
Designed and built by Duplas, the Machinery features the latest advances in motion and process technology integrated with a high quality build.
Postsaver
Postsaver is a new product designed to prevent ground rot in timber fence posts. Consisting of a bitumin coated polythene sleeve, the product is shrunk onto both square and round posts.
Duplas build and supply the full range of application machines designed to apply the sleeves in a production environment.
In addition we have designed, built and currently operate the production line used to manufacture the product.
